The Rinaldi Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We work one to one with veterans and military families on the practical side of leaving the service: resumes and interviews, education and certifications, benefits navigation, and introductions to people who can help.

Everything starts with a free 30-minute conversation, by phone or video. Book one if you served. Give below if you want to fund the work.

Life after service

Group of people, including two soldiers in uniform, standing in front of an American flag during sunset.

Find the next job

Resume writing, LinkedIn, interview practice and job search strategy, worked one to one until you have offers to weigh up.

Add the credential

Certifications, academic advising and entrepreneurship support, so the experience you already have counts on paper.

Build a civilian network

Introductions, networking events and community activities, because most roles still come through people rather than job portals.

Translate the leadership

Turning what you ran in uniform into language a hiring manager, a board or a business partner actually understands.

Sort the paperwork

Benefits navigation, legal referrals and financial planning, plus spouse employment support. A household transitions, not just a service member.

Stay steady through it

Peer support groups and wellness sessions for the stretch after the structure of service disappears, with referrals out to clinical care when that is what is needed.

Our approach
